Joy Williams
Department of Maternal and Child Health, UNC

Joy Williams is a first year masters student in the Department of Maternal and Child Health, UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. She grew up in Chapel Hill and attended Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, where she majored in Hispanic Studies, Africana Studies and multicultural dance. She has recently joined the Door-to-Door program, which brings the arts to UNC Hospital patients. She has a strong interest in exploring the use of the arts in social justice and public health.
